Casey Pettitt
Before starting Lamplight, I spent several years in public accounting doing financial statement audits and consulting for clients in the manufacturing industry. I'm a CPA by trade, and somewhere underneath that is a psychology degree — which, it turns out, is a surprisingly useful thing to have when your clients spend their days in the human mind.
My wife is a therapist and owns a behavioral health group practice here in Spokane — which is how I found my way into medical billing. Watching her navigate the billing and administrative side of running a practice made it clear there was a real gap I could fill, and work I genuinely care about doing well.
